Shipping policy

Each SUNDIES piece is made to order and is subject to 1 week production time before shipment unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped via USPS first class mail and include a tracking number sent via email upon shipment. First class mail usually takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout, however this does not change the production time.

Please refer to the given tracking number or feel free to contact us if your order hasn't shipped yet. SUNDIES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered through USPS tracking. Buyer is responsible for any additional re-shipping fees if a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect mailing address.

International shipping: Any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking is not always available in all international countries/locations therefor we cannot warranty lost or stolen packages after they leave the USA. Please contact your local post office regarding any tracking or delivery issues.
